Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop

I'm using Splashtop to deploy and test software that I develop on a client's computer and demonstrate operation during videocalls. I'm a solo developer, so I'm the only one using it.

Pros

  • Easy to setup on the remote end
  • Price
  • Intuitive ui

Cons

  • Sometimes it disconnects for no discernible reason
  • Does what's supposed to do
I had one question during the first setup and got a human answer very fast.
Haven't been delving into this.
This is very important to me. The client had no issue setting it up and the way Splashtop implements this by simply providing a link is great.

Im using Splashtop to deploy and test an application on my clients computer. It is very important to me that the remote access sw reliably starts up and is easy to setup by clients. Splashtop checks both boxes at a very reasonable price. Quality of the access is at least as good as other similar solutions, Splashtop supports multiple monitors, resolutions and provides an intuitive UI to handle the connection.
