I am an IT Consultant working for an IT MSP. Splashtop is a key resource and cornerstone software that allows myself and my colleagues to effectively and efficiently access client devices and servers. The ease of use of the interface and the reliability of the file transfer feature makes Splashtop a must have for any IT MSP.
Pros

- Consistent remote access
Cons
- Revise the OS to be more like an RMM. Client device info and analysis logs.
- Positive ROI. Helps the company maximize margin and OPEX by allow remote fixes. Not having to dispatch a tech on site is priceless.
Very Robust. IT helps me illustrate our Opsec when i can show clients that MFA is required for me to be able to access their devices.
very easy. Keep updates for Winodws OS current and optional drviers too.,
