Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop
I use it mostly for organizing and remoting into various computers based on customer needs. I use it for support but I also use it for some automations and for proactive measures to keep all systems healthy and up to date. I also let users of the companies that I support access to there computers to help them work remotely as well. The remote printing function helps them to stay connected.

They are very robust and very reliable. Their software just works. Other similar types of products have clunky installs and products that freeze. Splashtop never freezes and is always fast. Their security is very customizable to your needs without forcing it down your throat. Very great software overall. Yay Splashtop!
Very easy to install the software and get it up and running. You can email a link to install the software or you can download the application quickly. If that doesn't work I can you sos to have them give me access to the computer so I can do it myself
Yes - Datto and Connectwise. They were both far to expensive for what I needed for. Also Datto was very buggy and very unreliable. Connectwise was decent but very expensive for what I needed it for. Splashtop did alot of the basic functions for a cheaper price and was more reliable. Great
