Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop
We use Splashtop remote access as our primary remote support tool for the entire organization. We have also started test its OS patching solution as well.
Pros
- Easy of remote access
- Additional tools that we find useful for troubleshooting
- Continuous improvements
Cons
- Additional software patching (3rd party apps)
- Easier way to decline specific patches (seems like I have to decline multiple times)
- More online training
- IT Technician love it. They preferred it over LogMeIn and VNC
- Ability to autonomously apply patches
- Troubleshooting is much easier.
I am a security manager so I always think security could be better....lol Splashtop meets my expectations.
