Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop
Have you deployed Splashtop in an enterprise environment to support PCs with multiple monitors, as well as iPads and iPhones? It has been an indispensable tool for us; it's reliable, consistent, and easy for clients to install on their end. I have used several other products over the years and have not found anything that performs better at this price point. The only solution I’ve used that works as well as Splashtop is astronomically more expensive.
Pros
- Multi screen Customization
- User list for ease of connection with users or my system at the office.
- The screen refresh rate is fast enough that you hardly notice you’re not physically at the machine.
Cons
- Make Remote wake easier to setup - manage
- During the streamer installation, it analyzes the system and recommends whether hardware acceleration is the optimal option.
- Very cost effective; Service calls are much faster when you can see and work directly with the user, rather than trying to talk them through their issues.
Splastop is a perfect balance of performance, ease of use, and pricing.
Send the user the setup link, and they are typically up and running within 10 minutes on the first install. After that, reconnecting is even faster.
