I use it to connect to clients' computers to troubleshoot issues and share information.

I've never had to engage with support in the years I've been using these tools, which is a good thing.
Device verification is engaged on each new system I use. It only takes a few seconds to verify.
Was up and running within minutes. New users are quick onboard as well.
