We have employees across multiple countries and this software has made it so much easier to assist them
Pros
- Connectivity without firewall rules
- File transfers
- Reconnecting after dropping or vpn connection changes
Cons
- Remote commands using bash and powershell
- Remote Task Manager Support
- Remote Services Management
- Increased end user efficiency as problems can be fixed quicker
- Less need to have screen shots sent back and forth
- End user doesn't need local admin access if I can connect to them
2fa and encryption meet our needs. We will be looking into enabling FIPS encryption in the future
