Splashtop is being used by our entire company to allow remote access allowing employees to work remotely in lieu of working in the office.
- Easy to use and connect.
- Great value for the product.
- Runs smooth without any lag.
- Could handle working with multiple remote monitors better.
- Gets hung up a little if you don't close out of the program completely prior to shutting down the remote computer.
- It allowed our office to stay productive when the pandemic first hit.

The two-factor authentication works seamlessly without any hassle providing secure remote access. I also like how you can black out the remote computer for additional security when working on sensitive information.
The onboarding was quick and easy without any problems once the correct permissions were provided.
Yes - It replaced TeamViewer. TeamViewer was too expensive and does not work any better than Splashtop.
