Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop

This app is very useful because I can work remotely and do all my task as if I was sitting on my desk. I love the way this works and it is very stable. When I travel I use it a lot giving me the benefit to be connected to my office 24/7.

I give a 9 because I use the support service only once and it was very easy to get. I just used them for the initial installation of the app.

Yes - Team Viewer. The cost of TeamViewer was high for me and the support service was not good. They responded to me when they saw me leaving the use of TeamViewer.
