Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise

We started using Splashtop when we needed a mobile training solution. With COVID, our corporate team was not able to travel as much. Splashtop was an easy solution! We are able to complete all new hire training in real-time and with hands-on accuracy. It's also helped us with Tier 1 IT support. We are looking for additional ways to use Splashtop across our organization as we feel like there are time and cost savings here.

  • Responsive customer service.
  • Advanced features need to be downloaded/not always user-friendly.
  • Can lag if there's a slower internet connection.
  • Ease of IT troubleshooting.
  • More effective training.
The support team was very fast to respond. They told me about features that we already have that we are not using and explained how to use them.
The platform uses a code that needs to be entered from the admin side. This gives users ease of mind in knowing that their laptop is only monitored by someone that gives them permission.
We were up and running in less than an hour.

Splashtop is great if you need to see someone's screen. This is invaluable in training because you can tell someone, "click here" and the person creates the muscle memory. It is also good for quick IT fixes, such as seeing what someone needs if they need to reset a password and need additional direction. Not as good for remote admin for us yet, but we haven't fully explored it.
