Easy installation and Easy use

I'm a sole proprietor and travel a lot personally. I need to have access to my computer in my office to find answers for emails and phone calls I get when I'm traveling out of the office. It is very nice just to have to make a couple of clicks, and I'm looking at my desktop with everything at my fingertips. It was easy to install and is easy to use.

I like that I can access my office computer from anywhere in the world. I don't know a thing about being robust. I don't think there is two-factor authentication, and I would hate for it to be added. I don't have a smartphone, and often texting is done for this process. Please don't do this!

It was so easy, and three years later, I don't even recall.
