Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise
Using Splashtop Enterprise allows me to access staff computers and servers to resolve issues that are unable to fix by the user. This can be done remotely. As a volunteer, I can do this at home or away and am not able to be on-premise. I can do this not only from my desktop but also from my laptop or phone.

- User panel shows graphically if the computer is available or not
- If the enterprise has access to 25 or more different computers, it would be nice to allow individual staff members to access possibly 1-3 computers at a reduced rate and not have to pay for a full enterprise license.
- Ability to change user makeup during the year is nice.
They work very well.
Individual initial training was nice to get running.
