Currently being used across many of my residential and business customers to allow quick and easy support without them having to wait for a on site visit

- Splashtop has allowed me to support my remote customers far more quickly than if they had to wait for an on-site visit. This has proven invaluable especially for my business customers.
I have used two factor authentication on my account since the very beginning and without question if Splashtop did not support it I would not entertain the idea of buying their software.
Both the traditional Splashtop remote support client and SOS were both very easy to install, configure and actually use. I genuinely could not be without a remote support option now.
Yes - It replaced LogMeIn as they kept putting the price up 200 to 300% each year. I genuinely believe they wanted to get rid of small customers like myself and concentrate on the enterprises.

Using Splashtop
1 - As a sole trader, I rely massively on a robust affordable remote support solution. I was with log me in for a number of years until they made it quite simply unaffordable. I did my due diligence and found Splashtop. In all the years I have been with them, 10+, they have not increased my charges.

- Nothing unexpected but I do use the built-in file transfer feature a lot and that has improved massively regarding its reliability

Cost and reliability who are the two most important factors for me
I wouldn't change anything. I did my due diligence on the Internet, looked at various independent review sites and came to the conclusion that Splashtop was the right product for me.
