Splashtop by far beats the competition in terms of features for the price.
Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise
We use Splashtop to provide tech support for our clients. Some of these clients are not at the computer that requires service. For these clients, we use the Unattended Access option. For the other clients, we use Splashtop SOS to provide support to both personal computers and mobile phones. This option is great because it doesn't require any software to be installed. The client simply runs a self-contained executable.
Pros
- Cost Effective
- Reliable
- Flexable
Cons
- Touch input on mobile devices could be improved.
- Our company relies on Splashtop for day-to-day business. It's worth every penny.
- Splashtop cost less than 1/3 of the cost of our next best software option.
Encryption is very common now days and is expected as a standard feature. However, the two-factor authentication stands out of as a positive for Splashtop.
We could deploy Splashtop within a few days. This is because only a few of our computers require unattended access. Most of our use involves the SOS feature.
Yes - Splashtop replaced TeamViewer for us. TeamViewer's cost just isn't sustainable for us.
