Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise

My business partner and I each use Splashtop to access our computers at two retail stores.

Pros

  • Splashtop is easy to install and get started quickly
  • Splashtop is easy to use on an ongoing basis, i.e. identifying & accessing the computers we need.
  • We rarely need to call Splashtop, but when we did, they were very helpful.

Cons

  • Splashtop works perfectly for how we use it.
  • We chose Splashtop over Teamviewer because the price point was affordable for our size company.
  • Splashtop allows me the ability to be flexible to work from home some at any time of the day.
  • Splashtop allows me to be much more productive.
Other than the initial setup and a couple of other times, we have not had the need to contact Splashtop. However, when we did, they were available right away to assist me. I found that to be reassuring and most helpful.
Splashtop meets our standards and expectations for providing a secure and consistent experience.
Splashtop helped us get started quickly. They have very good customer support.
Yes - Splashtop replaced Teamviewer. We found Teamviewer had features we were paying for and did not need to utilize. Splashtop is perfectly priced for a company of our size and needs.
