Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise

I can work from home when I cannot be in the office.
  • Allows for Quick access to Office Computer from my home computer
  • Allows me to communicate with employees and owners
  • Allows me to send information to customers
  • Sometimes, when I try to sign in, it doesn't allow it and makes me try again.
  • If I accidentally hit the x on top, it makes me put in user name and password again.
  • Thankfully, there's not many problems.
  • Allows me to arrange trips for groups even when I am not in the office
  • Allows me to check co-workers' work and then I can send out what they have done
  • Allows me to access to customer records therefore I can answer their questions promptly
I never tried to reach anyone at Splashtop.
I think it is fine.
My bosses installed it and I had no problem.
Yes - I don't remember the name of which product it replaced though.

Splashtop is great to use because it allows you to work from home when you can't get into the office. It gives you access to all your programs therefore I can complete work and send it to customers without delay.
