Our employees use Splashtop to remote into their office computers. They use it for email, agency management systems, accounting, web-based applications, etc. We also use it to access our company databases and networks.

I'm not sure what industry encryption standards are, but Splashtop uses a password. Not sure about two-factor authentication either.
Getting up and running takes only a few minutes. They've really streamlined the process.
