Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise

The remote access is being used to remote into a laptop from another state. As I am a student I am in college not letting me be physically in the office. The use of remote access allows me to work during the school year. This addresses the problem of getting my job done. As my boss is retiring. The more I can work is better for getting my tasks completed.

  • User friendly.
  • Very Secure.
  • Slow connection.
  • Sometimes out of sync with current movement.
  • I would love to see a way to be able to log into the computer easier.
  • Made the dates for getting things done a lot sooner.
  • It does slow me down causing me to be just sitting there waiting for something to load.
I have never had any huge issues with Splashtop. When we were first deciding what to buy for remote access, the Splashtop customer service was really helpful.

Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
Splashtop is suited for light work. Nothing too overpowering. It can be used for reading emails and accessing databases that are on one computer. Office admin tasks work perfectly. It is not good for fast-paced work that requires a lot of data to process. So engineers, IT people, and AI people should not use Splashtop.
