Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise
The remote access is being used to remote into a laptop from another state. As I am a student I am in college not letting me be physically in the office. The use of remote access allows me to work during the school year. This addresses the problem of getting my job done. As my boss is retiring. The more I can work is better for getting my tasks completed.

- I would love to see a way to be able to log into the computer easier.
- Made the dates for getting things done a lot sooner.
- It does slow me down causing me to be just sitting there waiting for something to load.
It is very secure as I am working with personal financial information. To even download the program you need to be authentic and let that computer have access. This is great in a security aspect. Also, the ability to make the screen black is a great way to protect privacy when no one is in the office and people don't want people who peak into the office to see the confidential information.
It was really easy to get started with Splashtop. It was a bit confusing on which program was supposed to be downloaded on what computer, but once that was figured out it was a breeze. Accessing the remote desktop is really as well as everything is logged in and downloaded.
