Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise
Within our organization, I utilize Splashtop's remote access to log in to clinic computers to troubleshoot and correct technical issues and provide training to team members within my multiple locations. tech support: Our multiple programming and tech support only open between 3 - 5 hours after we open so being able to log in remotely to our systems keeps us from having downtime as well as saving us the tech calling costs. Training: With the ability to log in to team members' systems, it is as though you are standing over their shoulder coaching and training. It is a great option to walk them through functionality. Being able to log in after hours to obtain urgent info for any of our doctors is also a huge advantage.

The two-factor authentication is fantastic. Ensures you are in control of systems added. It would be nice to have two factors for each time you are logging in to a new computer - for instance when your session ends, next login should have two factors.
