Operating a TV station from home with Splashtop!

When the pandemic hit we had to scramble to move as many people as possible to work from home. We had some difficulties with smooth video for remote workers using TeamViewer. We also found it cumbersome to deal with the licensing on that product. We implemented Splashtop with a couple of users to see how it performed. The users found the video issues greatly diminished and the licensing wasn't a problem at all. We had both products available for users for a year and found that users gravitated towards Splashtop when given a choice. I like the security options and the management dashboard. Splashtop is inexpensive and does a great job for users in all areas of our business including those monitoring live video feeds from our control rooms while working from home.

I like the ability to customize the security to the level you feel appropriate. I have no hesitations with security using Splashtop.

I don't recall how long the first installation took but it wasn't long - certainly under a couple of hours. I was learning about the product for the first time as I installed. It goes faster now as I bring new users or computers on board.
