Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise
During COVID Splashtop has been a lifesaver literally. I work as an Administrative Assistant at church and I am at high risk for COVID; with pre-existing medical issues. Splashtop has allowed me to keep working remotely and even now I am only going in on an as-needed basis and the rest of the week working remotely. It is also saving me a ton of running in my car and gas so it's helping me to be more environmentally friendly which is always a plus.
- It keeps a good connection which allows me to work without missing a beat.
- It always asks me to restart the computer remotely which needs to be done occasionally.
- It allows me to assist the boss's PC when there are technical issues that need assistance.
- I don't think this is possible but to be able to remote on the pc if someone turns it off.
- Positive - It has kept us working during COVID remotely.
- Negative - I now enjoy it so much I don't want to stop wfh.
- Positive - I am able to assist with technical issues with staff remotely at anytime.
I think they are good for what we use them for.
