Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise

We use Splashtop SOS to access client PCs and mobile devices for quick IT support. The installation of the SOS client is simple enough to guide our clients just by phone. Our clients appreciate the easy solution and technicians use this on a daily basis.

Pros

  • Very cost effictive solution compared to competitors
  • Branding of end-user client is included
  • Easy to setup and maintain
  • Remote access to a bunch of OS. Windows, Mac, Android, iOS

Cons

  • WakeOnLAN would be great
  • ROI is very good
  • Ad hoc support is hassle-free
  • Technicans love the product
Support was responsive, but we had very little need for support. This product just works!
At our company Splashtop SOS is mainly used for ad-hoc support sessions. The connection pin regenerates every time - our users are happy and have a good secure feeling using Splashtop SOS.
The onboarding is very easy. Main drawaback is the selection of the right region. As we are situated in Europe this was a bit tricky to understand the impact. Once done everithing works flawless.
Yes - Splashtop SOS replaced TeamViewer which has become much to expensive
