At our company Splashtop SOS is mainly used for ad-hoc support sessions. The connection pin regenerates every time - our users are happy and have a good secure feeling using Splashtop SOS.
The onboarding is very easy. Main drawaback is the selection of the right region. As we are situated in Europe this was a bit tricky to understand the impact. Once done everithing works flawless.
Yes - Splashtop SOS replaced TeamViewer which has become much to expensive
