Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise
We started to use it before Covid, but since Covid, it's the best best best software for our use. It keeps us able to do all the paperwork, do billing, keep the staff at their home safely and our patients safe too. Staff can do billing from home while keeping the office safer. With this software, we can do so much remotely. WE LOVE IT!
Pros
- We can scan the files we've worked on and send to the office into a folder for the doctor's use
- We can log into the billing software and do billing to the insurance companies from our home.
- We can print billing at the office so that the doctor can send it out for us without us having to come into the office, saving us time and money!
Cons
- Signing in could be easier, if it remembered it always for us to get through, without us having to input the password each time, with security of course.
- No positive or negative impact on investment.
Security seems wonderful, never had any issues with a breach. Signing in is a breeze as long as you don't forget the password!
Got up and running right away. Just made a mistake the 1st time putting the wrong version on one computer and getting confused who got the remote version and who got the other version. Forget their names now...but support helped us get it right.
