Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise

Splashtop business is used for my position as a commercial underwriter. My office is in Kansas City and I work out of my home in Charleston, SC. It makes communicating with the office and accessing client files very easy.
  • They are very responsive to questions
  • They work hard to eliminate and resolve any problems
  • They are professional and knowledgeable
  • Accessibility from the home screen for support
  • On-line tutorial so we can resolve questions ourselves
  • Accessibility to client's information so I can service the account immediately
  • Ease of getting my question answered
  • Cost effective
  • Effective marketing - we got exactly what they promised
With regard to Splashtop programs questions, I find my support team very accessible and knowledgeable, and willing to help. Even if it is not a program issue but maybe a windows issue they still go above and beyond to provide information to help resolve my issue.
Splashtop has my vote for secure remote access. It's not something I worry about with their platform and verification process. They go above the industry standard in my opinion.
I was up and running immediately after purchase. I had several questions which were answered immediately and they were very helpful. It was a positive experience and they were extremely supportive until I was completely set up.
Yes - I prefer not to name any names, but I was experiencing a problem using dual monitors with that program on a remote basis. The program I was using did the job, but could not handle dual monitors.

I have used several programs for remote access. Splashtop is the best I have worked with. It is easy to move around in, I have never had any downtime and I find their chat room to be very helpful in finding the information I may need immediately. Since I am the only user I cannot think of any scenario where it would not work, whether you have 1 or 200 employees.
