Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise

I am a sole practitioner in the legal industry. I use Splashtop Enterprise to connect to my computer at home when I am not at the office. It allows me to work from home because I can access my work computer.

Pros

  • It allows remote access to my office computer

Cons

  • None. I think it does exactly what it is supposed to do.
  • It has allowed me to work from home when I was unable to get to the office.
It was easy to talk with customer service from Splashtop Enterprise. If I remember correctly, I called and the call was answered and my problem fixed.
Splashtop Enterprise meets my needs in all areas.
I was onboarded immediately. It was incredibly easy to connect devices.
Yes - Chrome Remote Desktop. CRD did not work consistently and I needed a consistent product to connect me
