Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise
We use Splashtop to remotely access our client's computers in order to do their bookkeeping "on-site" while remaining virtual. When a client uses desktop accounting software, Splashtop allows us to log in and access it without leaving the office and doesn't impede the client invoicing on-site, and avoids transferring a company files back and forth.
- You can remotely start Splashtop as long as the computer is on
- You can remote the computer so you can start/close software
- You can reboot from the software
- Nothing
- We secured 2 new clients based on signing with Splashtop that we would have had to turn away if they didn't choose virtual or offsite accounting software. This resulted in an additional $5000 in sales
