Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise

We used Splashtop across the organization to allow remote access to office workstations for employees and staff working from home or traveling. Also used personally by myself as an administrator to troubleshoot issues on computer systems or for professional support. The software allows for transparent and easy workflow when our team members are not on site.

In the past, we used different providers of remote access tools. Splashtop became our preferred provider for such solutions because it is an easily manageable product, thoroughly reliable, with no shutdown ever experienced; it's been a solution that we can trust. As a means of success during the pandemic, most of our team members are working from home, in desperate need of a complete remote access solution. Intensive use of the application confirmed that we made the right choice. When needed for questions, the support and service were helpful and dedicated. We are so pleased with this software that we recommend it to our business partners and clients without any doubt!
