Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise

I am an attorney practicing by myself. I utilize Splashtop to access my office system from my home office as well as from my tablet/laptop. It’s used regularly averaging one day a week.
  • Ease of connection
  • Stable connection
  • Ease of printing to printer at the remote location
  • Opening of emails converted to PDFs. I have a hard time getting it to use Acrobat or Acrobat DC instead of Acrobat Reader.
  • The current beta of the cloud-only storage option doesn't always work--that is I cannot always open the document from my desktop directly. Yes, It's a beta, but I would expect that its basic function is operable.
  • Continued remote access at reasonable cost
N/A. Haven’t had to use support in a long time. When I had the need to contact support, response time was good plus to excellent and my issue(s) were resolved in a reasonable time frame.
Is ideal for my simple configuration with robust security features. As an attorney I am very concerned about security of client information. Splashtop is zero knowledge which is the first item on my checklist. Also end to end encryption.
To my recollection it it was quite easy

Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), QuickBooks Desktop Pro
The ideal system for a single user. I don’t have the experience commenting on more complex configurations. I would expect, however, from my experience that it would function just as well for a limited number of users.
