Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Splashtop On-Demand Support regularly for remote access to client computers for troubleshooting and training. The interface is intuitive. I like that it has fewer management features than some of its competitors, as it makes it quicker to start a session. My biggest headache is that the link (sos.spashtop.com) to download the host application is difficult to say, so I often need to email it or say it in phonetic alphabet. Not a dealbreaker but could be improved.

Splashtop On-Demand Support is less expensive and just as functional as its on-demand competitors. I actually prefer it to LogMeIn Rescue as it has less management in the application and it's quicker to start sessions. I use this regularly for troubleshooting and client training. Larger organizations might prefer the management features of LogMeIn Rescue, but I don't think they would be necessary as you can access them through the web interface.

Usability

It has a clean and simple interface. Extremely easy and fast to start a remote session with a PC or Mac. It is mostly intuitive if you are used to working with PCs. The remote sessions for phones are more complicated and take longer to set up. I don't use them very often though.
