Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise
Splashtop is being used by 3 separate legal entities that we support from head office. It is used by IT to provide remote support throughout the business. It is currently helping us address COVID-19 measures by being able to provide support from our own desk instead of break 2m social distancing.

TeamViewer worked out extremely pricey for the number of computers we have in the business especially with the unattended support aspect. Splashtop allows us to deploy the agent through Group Policy bases on the MSI we configure and use. MS Teams is more of a conferencing utility than remote support it always works better at just screen sharing than remote control as well.

One of the best remote support applications we have ever used in the group. We have 5 technicians using it across 2 sites but support 3 UK bases sites. It allows for unattended and attended access connection which means service PCs and Shared PCs in the factory are easy to log on to and diagnose and support less IT literate users. It has been a huge help with home working throughout lockdowns in the UK it has allowed our team to keep providing support to our users easily.
