Overall Satisfaction with Sprout Social

I use Sprout Social to conduct daily community management and to schedule social media posts for a range of clients. The tags feature allows me to effectively track and report on community management which I haven't found to be possible with any other social media scheduling tool. Scheduling content is also a very straightforward process.

It is incredibly effective for tagging and tracking the smart inbox and inbound messages. However, it isn't very easy to monitor outbound messages so can be hard to see the full picture.
