Overall Satisfaction with Sprout Social

[...] uses Sprout Social to build, schedule, and report on social media posts across multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
Our team is small, with only four of us inside the platform. Sprout Social offers an approval system that allows us to have multiple eyes on a post before it ever goes live.
Sprout Social's reporting allows for greater insight into our performance metrics.

Pros

  • Approval system.
  • Cross-platform insights.

Cons

  • Price, too expensive.
  • I would like to be able to add video to an Instagram carousel inside of Sprout Social.
Sprout Social is generally easy to use, and offers multiple effective ways to learn about the platform.
We use Asana to track tasks for all of our work, not just social media. I would love to see a Sprout Social and Asana integration.

There have been times where other people at [...] have come to me for advise about social media, and I always recommend they find a platform LIKE Sprout Social that is free or cheaper. It does not make sense for every department to be paying for Sprout Social or a seat to Sprout Social, so instead I encourage them to look into Buffer or the Meta Business Suite.
If it wasn't for the price, I would have no problem recommending Sprout Social. That being said, Sprout Social's price is similar to it's peer platforms. They are just ALL expensive.
