Overall Satisfaction with Sprout Social

I use Sprout Social to schedule all of my social media posts. We have 11 channels, and Sprout helps me keep things organized, not only through the duplication tool but also by viewing everything from the calendar view. I also use the Reports so much because we report our analytics to our board once a month.

Pros

Cons

  • Reporting could be a little easier to figure out. I wish post-Reach would be included. I have to go to my actual channels to see that number.
  • Inbox messaging gets a little confusing.
  • Paid Performance - I've had lots of trouble with trying to connect all of my ad campaigns. I reached out to Sprout support, and their suggestions did not help.
  • Sprout has helped with time management, especially with scheduling and reporting.
Yes. All of the data is in the same place, which makes it very easy to compare.
This actually isn't the easiest. If the slightest setting is off, then it won't work, and there are no recommendations on what to do.
You don't need the fancy bells and whistles if you're just trying to get the job done.
Sprout offers a lot more features.
