Overall Satisfaction with Sprout Social

We primarily use Sprout Social to manage organic social posting across all channels such a s Instagram, Pinterest, X, LinkedIn, etc. This helps save time from manually posting across all of those channels.

Pros

  • calendar management
  • cross posting
  • analytics

Cons

  • sometimes schedule posting through Sprout Social hurts in platform performance on these channels (especially instagram)
  • Time savings
Helps consolidate all social metrics in one place which is a huge time savings
Sprout Social is fairly easy to use
Fairly easy to use
In my experience, Hootsuite was much glitchier and had issues with posting from it - was less reliable
