Overall Satisfaction with Sprout Social
We use Sprout Social for several purposes in the marketing office. We use Sprout Social to schedule posts on multiple platforms, run various types of reports to review analytics of our pages across platforms, and utilize the social listening tools to monitor our brand. We also use the internal tagging feature for posts to build reports.

Sprout Social tools have allowed to track the results of paid and organic campaigns utilizing the reports and campaign building features. We are also able to plan better for future campaigns with these results. Additionally, we are able to measure the success of new types of content and if we should continue in a certain content creation direction.

Sprout Social scheduling and analytics capabilities as well as the internal conversations and assignment features are what put it above the rest.
