It's a nice tool that allows to record all the calls and send SMS easy and quick, it lets you have a detailed record of all your clients, user friendly.

Well actually this is the first time that I use a CRM like this, I used to work in a different industry.
But I can say that the change was really smooth and I'm happy with the experience overall, it was easy to understand and get used to it.
