Overall Satisfaction with SurveyMonkey
Using SurveyMonkey for a small, non-profit organization was easy. Gathering information and taking polls has never been so easy! It was tough before to send out information and find out exactly what the patrons wanted money to go towards, as well as keeping the employees in tune by sending out a monthly questionnaire asking how the the business should run. We were able to make various changes which were key to making the non-profit successful, and to add more patrons to the mix.
- Easy to use, set up surveys, etc. The overall structure of the software is A+ for someone brand new to it, or someone who is advanced.
- With the Professional edition you can send out as many polls or questionnaire that you need to, no limitations.
- Help is always an e-mail or call away, customer support is very helpful and keep SurveyMonkey going!
- The free SurveyMonkey is great, it just has limitations. Maybe provide a free trial of the Professional edition to show users what they are missing!
- Add a few more analytics to the mix for running reports.
- SurveyMonkey can improve customer service. Finding out what the customer wants is one way SurveyMonkey can improve a business. It's like a satisfaction card in a restaurant, only virtually!
- Some people choose to ignore the polls or surveys, therefore, you may not be getting the whole picture, just part of it.

SurveyMonkey is hands down the easiest product to use for surveys, polls, and questionnaires. The user interface is bar-none, and other software just does not stack up against them. Customer service wise is also a home run. They appear to be eon's better than the competition as they respond usually within 2 hours of an inquiry being sent in.
