Overall Satisfaction with SurveyMonkey

We're currently using it by department. Our main source for surveys and data collection is Qualtrics but their reporting doesn't offer certain things that SurveyMonkey does.

  • Cross data referencing
  • Text analysis. Lumps words versus phrases
  • Question logic
  • N/A. Currently using it for data collection and research
Neutral; both have different reporting structures. Qualtrics has a more robust question format and structure but lacks certain reporting/analysis
Currently using it for a project and may not have a use for it in the future.
