We use SurveyMonkey to collect data for our annual goals and objectives assessment. This software is easy to use and provides clear survey analysis while providing visually pleasing charts. By being web-based, we can access our data from any location. Many departments across our campus use SurveyMonkey for data collection.

- Can easily import email addresses.
- The basic plan eliminated the option to export data. This should be free.
- There needs to be a more cost-effective option for small businesses.
- Provided a great tool for customer satisfaction.
- Our respondents found it easy to use.
- Detailed analytics.
SurveyMonkey is the gold standard. Poll Everywhere is a cost-effective option, but not as robust.
