Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk

Love love love Talkdesk! I use it on a daily basis with my sales job. It is super easy to use. We have click to call and it dials the number you want when you click on it. Callbar is also a life saver! No need to use the entire website or browser to make calls. All calls are recorded and secure on there and if you ever need to go back you can search a phone number and find your call!

Pros

  • Callbar is one of my favorites. You can have it open in the corner of your screen and it won't clutter your windows.
  • Click to call. You literally can call anyone with a click of a button.
  • Call quality is amazing!

Cons

  • CallS drop randomly.
  • Helps us make calls to close deals.
Talkdesk is great for call centers and anyone that has a job that makes calls all the time. Talkdesk isn't appropriate for people who don't require to make calls all the time at their jobs. Like a doctor wouldn't need Talkdesk but someone in a sales role would definitely benefit from it.
