Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk

It is being used by the whole organization, it addresses fast and reliable solutions to connect with customers since when we call clients it takes less than a second and the phone starts ringing and with this happening time management is right on track
  • Rapid calls since it connects fast
  • Reliable since can handle numerous calls at the same time
  • Effociency since we can use various numbers at the same time to help you maintain a certain level of professionalism
  • Adding a repair button when lagging
  • Sometimes there is call failure and this need to be handled to have it operate at the optimum level
  • It gave a superior advantage of calling customers faster therefore having more sales
  • Working at optimum level when handling numerous customer calls at the same time
  • Professionalism and efficiency since we are saving time and calling our client data base with no failures
I just used Talkdesk and since it has never failed me I will not change it. Through fast customer calling, the minimum amount of calls failures, and reliable inbound/outbound calls made me achieve all my organizational objectives and therefore would definitely recommend it.
It is best suited when you want to call a client from two different numbers in an emergency situation and is less appropriate when it stops working when talking to important clients.
