Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk
Overall, I love the product. It is easy to navigate, the user interface is very friendly. I do run into issues sometimes of using the widget vs the web version mode. Some of my colleagues have reported that they been logged off automatically, which can be very disruptive to our daily work. Besides that, it's still a great app to use for customer service. I recommend it.
- I love the design of the widget mode.
- The status setting is very helpful so my teammate knows why I'm not on.
- Logs me off automatically at random times.
- No app on the iPhone or Android.
- Since Talkdesk, I've experienced fewer missed calls.
I've used multiple apps in the past for customer support, and I Talkdesk is on top of the ones I liked the most.
