Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk

We use Talkdesk in our Sales and Customer Success departments. It has been a great tool that is consistently reliable and very easy to use when we hire and train new people. It solves the problem of not being confined to an office space to answer the phone. We can be on the go.

  • Customer service.
  • Ease of use.
  • It needs a mobile app.
  • Round robin would be great.
  • It's faster to answer the phone, which leads to higher call conversions.
Talkdesk works really well for us because our team is always answering calls during non-business hours. Since we don't have a hard line, we can answer the phone wherever we are. We love that Talkdesk has the capability to ring multiple people at the same time, but wish they had the ability to round-robin calls in addition to that.
