Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk

Talkdesk is a great communication product that replaces traditional office phones. I love that it helps me save space on my desk since no phone needs to be physically on my desk. Calls can be made and received easily from a headphone that is connected to your computer. I love that I received the voicemail recordings via email. Additionally, I am to listen to the recording of the phone call that I had with the client. Super helpful when I need to listen to the conversation I had with the client. Caller ID is another great feature of Talkdesk.
  • Caller ID is great. I know which client is calling before I answer the call.
  • Recording of phone calls and voicemails. Super great that we have these files to refer to in the future.
  • Ease of use to make and receive calls. Only need a headset and the app and you are good to go.
  • I would like to be able to block certain calls. Mainly the incoming marketing calls. But maybe that is something my admin might able to do.
  • The recordings of the call are definitely super helpful for all teams. Definitely come in handy when there is confusion.
  • Voicemail recording emails are great because I can forward it to a colleague to assist when I am out of the office.
  • The easy to use interface is super helpful and makes my life easier especially since I need to use the phone on a daily basis.
I only used traditional phones in the past at different companies. The traditional phone will take up a lot of space on my desk and will require me to use one hand to always hold the phone. Talkdesk is definitely a step-up up since I use a headset and I can also do other things at the same time. All of the features that Talkdesk offers are definitely beneficial in helping me perform my responsibilities more efficiently.
When I have any issues with Talkdesk, they are very good at responding and take care of the issue. If they don't resolve it right away, they will keep us in the loop so that we are aware that they are still working on the issue. For the most part, I didn't have too much issue with Talkdesk so I haven't had to need to reach out to their support that much.

Talkdesk is super convenient to use to make and receive calls. You can use the number keypad to punch the number that you want to call. Incoming calls pop-up with caller ID so I know which is calling before I even answer the call to pull their account before I answer the call.
