Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk

We use Talkdesk as our conduit for receiving and making calls for our in-house customer service call center. It works great and solves all the problems we had as we scaled up our business and call center team. It works great with Salesforce because you can click the phone numbers and it will automatically call them.

Talkdesk is amazing. It is a very well-thought-out tool. You can copy the incoming phone numbers before you call which allows you to pull up their account before you say hello to the customer. It does not get a perfect score because sometimes there are bugs in the system and it requires closing and resetting the issues, and support can't always totally fix it.
