Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk

Talkdesk is being used by our organization as means to interact with our customers. Yes, it is being used by everyone. Talkdesk addresses communicating with customers.

Definitely a great and useable tool that we can rely on having interaction with our customers. Certainly an easy-to-use tool, that offers great means of communication with customers, whether it be chat, email, or through the phone. Provides precise incoming information, which makes it easier for us to know incoming calls' concerns.
I do not have much insight as I do not have means of getting information about the deployment. But if I will base it on my experience, then I could definitely say I am satisfied with how the speed of the deployment was applied as one of our tools.
I can say Talkdesk has been providing me nothing but great and exceptional support whenever I am using it, whether it may be inbound, outbound, chats, or even email. I can answer all customer's inquiries in a timely manner because Talkdesk is a great and an easy to access tool.
There is nothing to compare Talkdesk for now as Talkdesk is the only tool that we have tried using since all of us need to work from home. I have nothing but good words for Talkdesk, and If I were given a company of my own, I would definitely take Talkdesk and put it on my priority list.

Talkdesk is well suited to answering calls from anywhere in the world. Not just through calls but also through chat and emails. We rarely had some disconnected calls, but that can be blamed for the low internet connection. So, that can't be blamed on Talkdesk still. Overall I can recommend Talkdesk to anyone.
