Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk

Helps in better customer engagement. User-friendly platform, helps in data, easily accessible on phones and other devices. It is the best application from a business development point of view. Very secure application, and records of data are easy to manage. Can transfer calls; conference facility is available. Also, managers can easily keep track of their team.

It is super easy to access and good for business, highly recommended. Secured application and can use it on mobile as well. It makes your work easy as it is not required to be in front of the system 24*7 and manages your records from the time you start using it. Easy to pull data.
Speed is super. If any issues at times, support is available all the time to fix it. Due to heavy flow of calls, if your TalkDesk gets stuck anytime, customer service is available and there to help everytime which makes my productivity count for the day and motivates me to perform.
Every time it has helped, it has helped me from getting fired due to an escalation call from a client by providing the record of the call from a few months back. It has helped me with their customer service. And the best part was I didn't have to always be in front of my system to use this platform.
Recordings are always available. It has been a savior. I have used secondline and there was no recording available in secondline. I have also used Exotel and Zendesk. My best experience was with Talkdesk because the platform is easy to use and understand. Also, Exotel and Zendesk require a system and mobile together; however, Talkdesk can be used on either one.

The app helps in making calls anytime and any day. Data is easy to pull if required. I was about to get fired once due to an escalated call, and Talkdesk was very helpful in my scenario as it was more than a month since I spoke to that customer, and we dial almost 100-150 calls in a day. It was very easy to pull the recording from a month old and listen to the recording. I am glad to use this platform as it has saved me from getting fired.
