It is used to make outbound calls and generate reports. It is also used to hear the recordings for the calls made.

It has always ensured to be user-friendly and give us the flexibility to generate the reports as per the needs. Also, it ensures to give us accurate reports.
There was a time we used to struggle with call drops. However, Talkdesk ensured to give us a better network and there were fewer call drops as compared.
