Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk

We use TalkDesk to answer and make all of our phone calls. We need a reliable system to help us achieve our customer service goals, and TalkDesk has delivered far better than we imagine. They are constantly evolving their AI and technology based on customer feedback. We have also utilized other pieces of their product suite such as their automated dialer, which has significantly reduced our labor cost and allowed more time for our agents to focus on inbound customers. If you are looking for call center software, I would highly recommend speaking with TalkDesk as there is no doubt they are far and away one of the top products in the space.

It is very easy to use, and they have dozen of online guides for every piece of the business that is easy to follow and understand. Their customer support responds very quickly when you do have questions. It can be used right out of the box with no additional experience working with a call center platform.
It was very easy for deployment to begin. They over-delivered on the speed at which they assigned a project manager to our implementation. They give you access to their online guides so you can become familiar with the product before the project implementation even begins, which is a huge plus. This really helps to lessen the learning curve.
They provided exceptional support when getting us set up with their automated dialing system. They scheduled a meeting for the same week and took us through a demo to highlight where key efficiencies would be gained by using the product. They then scheduled several follow-up meetings to ensure we had a clear understanding of the product and allowed us to ask any questions we had to further clear up anything.

It is well suited if you need a reliable call center platform to answer and make calls, as well as route emails, texts, and live chat. It might not be a good fit if you are a small organization that is only handling a few calls per day, as you most likely wouldn't be able to utilize all of the technology their product line can offer.
