Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk

I use the Talkdesk to create evaluations while working on quality assurance. We also use it to take calls and interact with our customers. It is easy to use and helps the business explain its product to our customers, which we discuss with our customers using the Talkdesk.

Talkdesk is easy to use and very convenient for our company since we can aux different statuses on the talk desk and we can manage our attendance based on which status we have caused using the Talkdesk, it also helps agents to interact with the customers and give them the best experience.
